To ensure we can provide the best service to all our clients, we kindly ask you to observe the following:

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposits & Confirmation

To secure your appointment, a booking admin fee is required at the time of booking. This amount will be deducted from your treatment total on the day. You will receive a confirmation email/SMS once your booking is successful.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Your appointments are very important to us. They are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; however, we respectfully request the following notice for cancellations:

  • More than 48 hours' notice: Service is rescheduled or cancelled at no charge.

  • 48 to 24 hours' notice: A cancellation fee of 50% of the reserved service amount will apply.

  • Less than 24 hours' notice or No-Shows: A cancellation fee of 100% of the reserved service amount will apply.​​

Payment & Card Security

Payment & Card Security At Revive, we value your time and that of our therapists. By booking with us, you authorise the clinic to securely store your card details.

  • 48h–24h Cancellation: 50% charge.

  • Under 24h / No-Show: 100% charge.

These charges are processed automatically via our secure payment partner. We appreciate your understanding in helping us keep our clinic running smoothly for all clients.

Running Late

If you are running late, we will always try to accommodate you, but please note that your treatment time may be shortened to avoid impacting the next client’s appointment.

What to Expect: Your First Visit

Where to find Us

We are located just off Cold Bath Road, turn onto Cold Bath Place. We are the first floor at  Wellness Rooms. Opposite Fabric & Co, and near Jenny Roberts Millinery.

Your Arrival

  • Please arrive for your appointment on time.

  • We have a buzzer system at the entrance of the Wellness Rooms, please press the 'Revive' button and your therapist will let you in and come to greet you or ask you to wait in the reception area as you enter.

Consultation Form

To achieve the best possible results and ensure your safety, we will require a consultation form to be completed. We use this time to check for contraindications and perform any necessary patch tests. This may be sent as an email / SMS prior to your appointment or done with you in salon. 

Health Concerns

Please let us know before your treatment if you have any concerns regarding your health or well being, including if you are currently taking any medication, undergoing any medical treatment, have allergies or if you are pregnant so we can advise on treatments and customise techniques.

Patch Tests

Patch tests are required on certain services including lash and brow tinting, LVL lashes. These are done at least 48 hours in advance. Patch Test Policy
