Visiting Revive

We want you to get the maximum benefit from your experience with us at Revive Skin & Beauty. The general information and guidelines below will help you achieve that.

Booking Appointments
We work by appointment only, have a look through our treatment menu to choose what pampering or maintenance treatment you would like, and you can book through the following;

Booking Confirmations

We like to confirm your appointments via a text message or an email. We require an up to date and correct email address and mobile number from you at the time of booking, in order for us to confirm your appointment.

Your Arrival

  • Please arrive for your appointment on time.

  • We have a buzzer system at the entrance of the Wellness Rooms, please press the 'Revive' button and your therapist will let you in and come to greet you or ask you to wait in the reception area as you enter. We are situated on the first floor.

Late Arrival

Depending on your arrival time we will determine how much of the service we are able to offer. We will do everything we can to accommodate late arrivals, but as a courtesy to the next client your appointment will end at the scheduled time.

Cancellations

We require 48 hours notice to cancel or rearrange an appointment, failure to do so you will incur a 50% charge of the treatments booked in. If you miss an appointment on the same day or you are late and we can not complete your appointment you will incur a 100% charge of treatments booked in. Repeatedly missing appointments we will not allow future appointments to be booked.​

 

Health Concerns

Please let us know before your treatment if you have any concerns regarding your health or well being, including if you are currently taking any medication, undergoing any medical treatment, have allergies or if you are pregnant so we can advise on treatments and customise techniques.

Patch Tests

Patch tests are required on certain services including lash and brow tinting, LVL lashes. These are done at least 48 hours in advance. See Polices.

Quiet

To make the most of your time with us and in respect for other guests, please ensure your mobile phone is switched on silent during your visit. Thank you.
