Drink plenty of water - will help with the above

Avoid alcohol or caffeine for at least 12 hours

Take it easy (avoid gym/exercise) for 12 hours

But don't stay too still - gentle stretches are good

You may suffer mild headaches/nausea due to elimination of toxins - this will pass
