Massage Pre/Post care 
To achieve maximum results from your treatment, it’s essential to follow the pre and post care.

​Post Massage

  • Drink plenty of water - will help with the above

  • Avoid alcohol or caffeine for at least 12 hours

  • Take it easy (avoid gym/exercise) for 12 hours

  • But don't stay too still - gentle stretches are good

  • You may suffer mild headaches/nausea due to elimination of toxins - this will pass

  • Book another massage :)
